Do you respond to email?

Do I get written confirmation of quotes and invoices?
Yes, we send a written quotation that explains everything about the work/job and our terms and conditions. We will then issue an invoice stating all works completed or products delivered.
Who are you?
JCFS Ltd is a privately owned company set up and run by Jonathan Cook.
What are your hours?
We are available from 7.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Saturday.
How many people do you employ?
We have 10 full-time employees and additional workers and sub-contractors.
What experience do you have?
The company and employees of the company have over 10 years experience, Jonathan has a BSC honours degree in Agriculture, specialising in environmental and woodland management.
What qualifications and certificates do you have?
All employees are fully NPTC city & guilds qualified, Lantra qualified, carry all health and safety certificates, first aid certificates, spraying certificates, climbing certificates and relevant machinery certificates.
What work can you carry out?
We can provide a wide array of services including forestry, tree surgery, fencing, firewood, grass topping, hedge cutting, muck/soil haulage, heavy machinery work and demolition.
What equipment do you have?
We have a full range of forestry, tree surgery and agricultural machinery. For a specific description please contact us.
Do you take all the rubbish away?
We take all waste materials off-site and dispose of it in an environmentally friendly way.
Do you have insurance?
We carry up to and including 10 million pounds public liability insurance.
Can you arrange felling licences, works on trees in conservation areas, ANOB, SSSI, and TPOs?
We take all correspondence and paperwork in our stride to help our customers and make the process easier.
